Participated in "Project Blue 1095" Beach Cleanup Event Organized by Business Today

Last weekend, Hi-Q’s staff and their families participated in “Project Blue 1095” Beach Cleanup Events which were organized by Business Today (今周刊) . Business Today and several companies included Hi-Q formed a group consisting of around 200 volunteers to clean up a beach in New Taipei’s Bali District on Sunday (Oct. 2), picking up 635kg of garbage and other marine debris in one hour.

Hi-Q has a lot of ESG ideas that span a wide scope. The spirit of environmental sustainability is reflected in company operations. Hi-Q uses green technology in the manufacturing process of bioactive compounds from brown seaweed, avoiding the use of solvents and other environmentally harmful chemicals. We also started to switch the paper board used in our product packs to FSC-certified material. The new cosmetics products line Hi-Q Beauty Ocean Re-New® series used ingredients and packaging that have less impact to the earth. We hope to contribute to a better future for the community, through our resources and actions.
